Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using the Nu Stimulus platform at nustimulus.com ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Services

Nu Stimulus provides marketing, advertising, automation, and business growth services for businesses. Features include client management, time tracking, invoicing, content creation, AI-assisted workflows, and advertising campaign management.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Advertising Services

When we manage advertising campaigns on your behalf (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms), you authorize us to:

• Create, modify, and manage ad campaigns on connected advertising accounts
• Access campaign performance data and analytics
• Install and use tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics tools on your properties
• Use your brand assets, copy, and media in advertising content as agreed
• Manage advertising budgets within agreed-upon limits

Advertising spend is billed directly by the platform (Meta, Google, etc.) to your payment method on file with that platform. Nu Stimulus is not responsible for charges incurred by third-party advertising platforms.

Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and others. By connecting these services, you authorize Nu Stimulus to access and use data from those platforms as needed to provide our services. Each third-party platform is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including data collected through advertising pixels and analytics tools.

Intellectual Property

Content you create or upload remains yours. Content we create for you (ad copy, designs, videos, strategies) is licensed to you for use in connection with the services we provide. The Nu Stimulus platform, brand, and proprietary tools remain our property.

Payment

Services are billed according to your retainer agreement or project scope. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Nu Stimulus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue from advertising campaigns, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with your data in a reasonable format and disconnect all third-party integrations.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
